Perth HPC offers a range of group fitness classes designed to sculpt and strengthen your body. These sessions target all major muscle groups, with an emphasis on core, upper body and lower body exercises.
Sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, in 60 minutes! With low weight loads and high repetition movements, these high energy classes help you burn fat, build strength and develop lean muscle while keeping your motivated and engaged.
You can burn up to 560 calories by doing a Les Mills BODYPUMP class. It’s considered one of the most effective ways to get in shape as it challenges all your major muscle groups, as you squat, press, lift and curl.
