The first Wednesday of every month is “Bring a friend for free day” Exercising with a friend increases your odds of sticking to your training.

Booking in secures your spot and is easy to do. Staff will walk you through the process.

Absolutely, everyone deserves a holiday. You can suspend/freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 12 weeks. There is a one off fee of $10 to freeze your membership.

A fitness induction and supervised workout to get you started. Access to over 100 group fitness classes, our gym and pool.

To keep you safe we ask that you bring a large towel to cover equipment. Water to keep you hydrated and gym shoes.

We love members that love us. You will receive two weeks on us for every referral.
