Bags and backpacks are permitted in the Main Arena, but must be A4 size or smaller (29.7cm x 21cm).

Free cloaking facilities are available onsite to allow for convenient storage of your items such as bags, raincoats, umbrellas, jackets, glass bottles (including perfumes) and aerosol cans.Please see the event Conditions of Entry for items not permitted inside the venue.Items will need to be cloaked before entering the venue and cannot be collected until leaving the venue. On collecting cloaked items please be patient as there may be delays depending on the volume of items checked at the event.Bags checks are conducted at entry gates and when cloaking.

Wheelchair bays are located in the upper grandstand (behind blocks 205, 206, 209, 210 and 211).You can now purchase accessibility tickets directly via the Ticketmaster website. If you require further assistance when choosing your seat, please call the Ticketmaster accessible seating line if you have a wheelchair, companion card or special needs booking requirements on 1300 446 925 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm AEDT only)Alternatively, you can submit your accessible booking via request form here.

The selling of tickets via non-authorised sellers is a breach of the conditions of sale of that ticket and those doing so are knowingly breaching this policy. Ticketmaster and the venue recommend that you do not buy tickets from non-authorised sellers. The Hirer and the Venue have the right to refuse your entry.

For the safety and wellbeing of all patrons, we do NOT permit overnight queuing for concerts.
Please note fan made early line systems will NOT be honoured by the venue. It is recommended to follow directions of venue management and security on the day.

Food & beverages will be available in the venue. Outside catering is not permitted.
NO glass, cans or plastic bottles are allowed in the arena. Cups are provided at each entry door.
Please note, Perth HPC is a licensed venue. No alcohol is to be brought into the venue.

There are limited food/ bar outlets that will accept cash.Please note there are no ATM’s on site once through the doors.

Unsealed plastic water bottles are permitted, however the contents must be empty and can be refilled inside the venue.
You are also free to bring sealed plastic water bottles, however the lid must be removed and discarded on entry.

A dedicated operation will be in place for prams, strollers, wheelchairs and walkers. For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted in the Main Arena. Strollers and prams may be stored in cloakrooms provided. For wheelchairs and walkers an accessibility seating ticket will need to be requested.

Flags, banners and posters are permitted at the venues discretion, but must be A3 or smaller in size (29.7cm x 42cm). No metal, wooden or plastic flag holders (sticks) or signs deemed dangerous will permitted.Any items deemed inappropriate, offensive, or hazardous in any way will not be permitted and must be cloaked.

Management reserves the right to inspect any bag and / articles or clothing for the following prohibited items:
- Alcohol and drugs
- Outside catering of any kind including all food, beverage and commercial items
- Glass or metal bottles (plastic is permitted with lids removed)
- Cans / Glass / Thermos
- Umbrellas or shade structures
- Musical instruments / whistles
- Unauthorised temporary signage and promotional products
- Flags/banners exceeding 1 metre in length
- Fireworks / flares / laser lights
- Rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, helmets
- Prams
- Selfie sticks or similar items
- Professional cameras, iPads, audio recording equipment or video cameras
- Weapons of any kind
- Any large items that cannot be placed under a seat or in the opinion or management could cause harm or public nuisance

If you have lost an item during your visit, please head to our main Reception Desk where a member of our team can record your details in our Lost & Found.If you have noticed an item missing after attending the venue, please feel free to give us a call on 9441 8211.

If you need to arrange a meeting point at the end of the show, please arrange for parents/guardians to park their vehicle in the carpark and meet on the Front Lawn.Please do not arrange to meet at the exit doors as it is not safe due to the large number of patrons exiting the venue at the same time.

Yes, you can purchase tickets via our box office on the day of the event until allocation has sold out. Our box office is located outside of the venue near Door 1. Box office open times dependent on event.
We recommend purchasing tickets prior to scheduled events via Ticketmaster. You can search and purchase tickets via Ticketmaster.
